Y2K Plug Corporation Online Marketing Vehicle

CUSTOMER PROFILE :

Y2K Plug Corporation (Australia) is the worldwide distributor for the MFX Express, MFX2000 and Y2K++ Module products, providing customers worldwide with total solutions to both hardware and software Y2K Millennium Bug problems.

CHALLENGE:

Y2KPlug Corporation required an online marketing vehicle targeting the Asian market for the sale of the Y2K product.

The project included developing a real-time system interface with a banking system for credit card authorization, and an interface with the client’s warehousing company to dispatch products.

The system also included an interface that allowed for automated generation of detailed order reports.

RESPONSE:

JLD Technology developed the new online marketing vehicle based on the requirements outlined by Y2KPlug Corporation.

An important feature of the system is its interface with a TNT shipping system (XML) to display the product’s delivery tracking details to both the client and customers online.
