Amviy Online Booking System
CUSTOMER PROFILE :
Amviy Co., Ltd. is based in Tokyo and operates in the area of global mobile communications. The company offers Palm Education, which involves training in business English conversations using 3rd generation mobiles.
Other services include English language translations and the development of linguistic teaching materials.
CHALLENGE:
Amviy Co., Ltd. wanted to develop a Web/I-Mode/J-Sky interface that would allow its customers to login, and book an available time slot. The proposed system would also allow customers to cancel their bookings online.
The admin module would enable Amviy Co., Ltd. to maintain the lesson schedule, and add/modify/delete users (customers and instructors).
The main challenge for JLD Technology was to develop the customer section for the Web, I-Mode and J-Sky interfaces.
RESPONSE:
JLD Technology developed a system that allows customers to login to the online booking system through any of the three interfaces and view/book available time slots.
The admin section allows the admin to set default bookings for a day, set the schedule for instructors and assign instructors to customers. The system also allows the admin to view the customer lesson history and assign lesson scores to customers.
