CUSTOMER PROFILE :
Asia-Net K.K. is the second largest online recruiting site in Japan that helps professionals locate job opportunities and provides companies with recruitment services. There are over 140,000 professionals registered with Asia-Net K.K.
CHALLENGE:
Asia-Net K.K. wanted to develop a site that would allow recently graduated candidates in Japan the facility to apply for jobs and internships online. The companies registered with this site would be able to easily manage internship and job applicants, filter suitable candidates, and mail merge to 5000 candidates simultaneously.
The challenge was to allow advanced level matching of candidates to jobs via online tests and other features.
RESPONSE:
JLD Technology stepped in to develop the @Campus recruitment site and ensured that it matched the requirements of Asia-Net K.K. The Development Team at Arden integrated some useful features for registered companies such as updating information on various events, and posting messages that would act as declaration for candidates. The Journal Club was another feature offered by the @Campus recruitment site
The Admin interface allowed Asia-Net K.K. to add/update companies, journals, tests, jobs, discussion forums, and newsletters.
