CUSTOMER PROFILE :
Boyd & Moore is a partnership of some of Tokyo's most successful headhunters - each a top-level consultant previously engaged in executive search within other Tokyo search firms.
Boyd Moore was established to create a search firm that offers its clients access to premium search capabilities at below-market fees.
CHALLENGE:
The company wanted a system with an easily navigable interface that would enable its employees to find candidate records that fulfilled certain criteria.
The challenge was to review the database and create a system that searched the database and retrieved records that accurately matched the specified criteria.
RESPONSE:
JLD Technology conducted an in-depth analysis of the functionality needed to support the Boyd Moore Recruitment System. Based on this analysis, JLD Technology designed an efficient Web-based system.
The recruitment system allows the users to search for candidates using search criteria such as department, company, salary, age and language. The users can further refine their search by retaining only a few candidates from the search results.
The users of the system can view a candidate’s CV, other details, and comments made by other recruiters.
