ie-Select Candidate Recruitment System
CUSTOMER PROFILE :
ie-Select Y.K. is a blue chip retained search headhunting boutique that principally delivers senior hires at Executive level.
CHALLENGE:
ie-Select Y.K. was considering the idea of developing an online recruitment system that would allow its clients to create jobs online and post them on the ie-Select site. The candidates would access the job postings from the client’s site and apply for the job.
The main challenge for JLD Technology was to develop the complex site in English and Japanese using a design that would easily allow the addition of other languages at a later stage.
RESPONSE:
JLD Technology developed a system with three basic types of users – client contacts (primary and secondary), candidates and the ie-Select admin. Registered clients can add jobs and contacts, view candidates that applied for the job, send reject, call for interview and other emails to candidates, reactivate the closed jobs, and view candidate history.
Candidates can apply for jobs and request to be notified of other jobs with the company, and the ie-Select admin can specify the license date and cost details for each client.
