Nicole Group Website

CUSTOMER PROFILE :

Nicole Group comprises Nicole BMW, a leading BMW dealer in Japan and a many-time recipient of the ‘BMW excellent dealer’ prize.

Nicole Group is also involved in the marketing of automobile parts, accessories, and audio products.

CHALLENGE:

Nicole Group wanted to develop the company Web site to facilitate the management of their customer data, create surveys, send mail magazines and generate reports based on specified criteria.

The proposed system would also allow the main Admin to assign various levels of security to the users, controlling their access to different sections of the site. The Reporting & Analysis section would allow the admin to generate reports based on the auto, parts, surveys and mail magazine data.

RESPONSE:

As the Nicole Group Web site was bilingual (English and Japanese), it was essential to develop the site using the double-byte character set. Over the years JLD Technology has built strong skills in double byte programming and these were used to develop the Nicole Group bilingual site.

JLD Technology developed the necessary functionality for easy administration including customer data management. The system also offered users the flexibility to create the surveys in two languages — Japanese and English.
