Zurich Restaurant Portal

CUSTOMER PROFILE :

Zurich Financial Services Group is a global leader of financial services. It operates in the fields of life, non-life and re-insurance as well as asset management. The company provides its customers with all types of insurance and financial solutions.

CHALLENGE:

Zurich Financial Services Group needed a restaurant portal to cater to both diners and restaurant owners in Japan.

The portal needed to allow the diners to get information about the different restaurants registered with the site and make online reservations. Restaurant owners on the other hand would be able to build their own home pages and get access to the database of diners.

The main challenge for Arden was to develop the admin module to manage this complex B2C project.

RESPONSE:

The portal developed by JLD Technology included features such as discussion board, newsletters, online reservation and e-cards. JLD Technology also developed the necessary functionality for easy administration including management of the Diners, Restaurant Owners and the Home pages created by them.
